How do I know my size?

Under the description of each product you will find the Size Guide with all the measurements and guidelines to be able to select the most suitable size for you.

In addition, all the photos show the measurements and weight of the models, with the sizes they wear, so you can get an idea.

With which payment methods can I place an order?

We offer various payment methods, always safely and securely.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, Visa, Master Card or American Express. Or with the express payment methods: PayPal and Bizum

For each purchase you will receive a confirmation code on your phone to authorize and confirm the payment.

Has my order been successfully processed if I have not received a confirmation email?

If the payment method you used to place the order has been charged, but you have not received the confirmation email, don't worry, your order has been processed correctly.

To find the confirmation email, check your spam tray and if you still haven't received it, write to info@laylay.es so we can help you.

Can I modify the data or products of my order?

Modifications can be made to the shipping data or items as long as the order has not been shipped. To do this, write to us as soon as possible at info@laylay.es so that we can help you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem in canceling your order and we will refund the full amount.

If your order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be canceled and you must process a return.

Is my order wrapped?

All LAYLAY products are individually wrapped, also guaranteeing the protection and safety of each item.

In addition, they have a very cool Packaging, ideal for gifts.

SHIPMENTS

How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the order.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of shipping selected and the delivery destination.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the first business day.

Do you ship to the whole world?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

For orders outside of Spain, we need the identification number to be able to make the shipment.

It is important to take into account that some shipments may be subject to the payment of taxes and customs fees that are borne by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can changes and returns be made?

All LAYLAY products are printed and prepared at the time of the order, which is why we urge you to exhaustively check models, sizes, colors... to avoid possible changes and returns as much as possible.

But if once you receive your order, you have not matched the size or you are not convinced, we can make changes or returns except for the following cases:

- Products from the "OUTLET" section or on promotion.

The maximum period to make the request is 45 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made.

To request the change or return, write us an email info@laylay.es with your name and order number and we will inform you about the steps to follow.

How long does it take to make an exchange or a return?

Once the request is received, our customer service will assist you as quickly as possible to analyze the case.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that returned products arrive in perfect condition.

If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

Is the period for changes and returns extended at Christmas?

No, we consider that 45 days is enough time to be able to make the necessary changes and returns.
